Delivered a presentation on the topic "Uncommon AI applications in Computer Vision" for the audience present in the Bridge-i2i analytics solutions' audotorium. In the presentation I covered the detailed case study of my T2F projct alongside the recent research works in Adversarial Machine Learning. There are 116 Engineering Colleges affiliated to University of Pune (SPPU) with around 75K students for all disciplines and, First year Engineering (F.E.) is common to all the disciplines. I secured 4th rank among these 75K students.
I secured 1st rank in Department of Computer Engineering for Second Year (S.E.). The curriculum for this year included all the important and fundamental courses for Computer Science such as Data Structures and Prob. Solving, Operating Systems, Microprocessors and Interfacing Techniques and Computer Graphics. I also secured highest marks in Engineering Mathematics for this year.
Received Best Paper Award at the National Conference on Recent Trends in Computer Engineering
for my research titled "Cuda for Geospatial Image Processing". The work covered various aspects of Cuda Programming Model and how the Cuda Platform can be leveraged for parallel processing of Geospatial Maps and Images.
I was the leader of our team named "NP-solvers" (NP for non-polynomial time problems) which participated at the Smart India Hackathon organized by the Govt. of India. We were selected for our solution proposal titled "Vivakti" towards the problem of "Mapping College Neighbourhood and Social Possibilities".
